The Fundamentals and Core Curriculum ICF Accredited
Over the last sixteen years, The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) has trained more than 20,000 leaders, managers, teams, trainers and consultants worldwide, in coaching skills.
The Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals and Core Curriculum is widely recognised as the most complete face-to-face coach training programme available. This is because Co-Active coaching courses are designed to integrate Co-Active coaching competencies deeply in your being rather than in your head, so that you can be responsive in the moment to a variety of client types and needs.
We believe that the only way to truly learn this is experientially, because this is how long lasting learning sticks. All our courses are oriented toward participation and practical experience rather than lecture. You will have extensive opportunities to coach and to receive feedback on your coaching. Our Fundamentals and Core Curriculum courses are run by our professional trainers who are also senior, accredited coaches, that run successful personal practices - they know what it takes to be an effective and powerful coach. Each class is led by two co-leaders and limited to 26 participants, to ensure the personal attention and individualization of the experience
THE FUNDAMENTALS
The Fundamentals is by far the best way to experience the deeply experiential learning style and content, which has made Co-Active Coaching so successful, enriching the lives of more than 20,000 leaders, managers, teams, trainers and consultants worldwide, who have learnt coaching skills with the Coaches Training Institute.
Explore Co-active Coaching in a small group where a focus on active participation and live demonstration, offers you extensive opportunities to coach and to receive feedback on your coaching.
Learn the four cornerstones and five contexts of Co-Active Coaching; how to distinguish between the three levels of listening, and, demonstrate the most frequently used coaching skills.
Grow in confidence about what makes you unique as a coach and how to build on that.
The Fundamentals is foundational to the Co-Active Coaching Core Curriculum, but is open to people who want to first experience co-active coaching before committing to the full course, or, simply to learn coaching skills for themselves. Either way, the 20 hours you spend on the course are fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation, the leading independent association for coaches worldwide.
There are no prerequisites to take the Fundamentals.

CORE CURRICULUM
Our Core Curriculum comprises four courses as follows:
Fulfilment
Fulfilment coaching is about having clients let go of preconceived rules and limitations and step into what truly brings them alive. This course includes practical tools for helping clients discover their unique values, identify self-defeating influences and create a vision for a compelling future. The prerequisite for this course is Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching.
Balance
Because people live in constant motion, it's easy to forget that we have a choice in everything we do. Balance coaching is about guiding your clients to make powerful life choices and to select the experiences they want most, rather than dashing about either at the mercy of circumstances or trying to have it all.
In this course, you will learn to assist your clients in generating new perspectives and creating a plan of action grounded in commitment. Prerequisites for this course are Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching and Fulfilment.
Process
Although uncomfortable, a client's chaos, confusion and inertia are part of his or her forward motion. Being with clients in both their messy and ecstatic places allows them to feel known and to more fully know themselves.
Process coaching is about being with clients wherever they are on the flowing river of their lives - in the strong current, the still pools or the rapids and eddies. Prerequisites for this course are the Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching, Fulfilment and Balance.
In The Bones
Co-Active Coaching relies on intuition to be responsive in the moment with your client rather than applying staid techniques or rules. In the Bones focuses on integrating the coaching skills you have learned in previous courses with who you are to take your coaching to a higher level of impact and professionalism.
This course provides polish, depth and courage so that you may respond to a wide range of clients and coaching situations with creativity and power. Prerequisites for this course are the Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching, Fulfilment, Balance and Process.

A PACKAGE DEAL TO HELP YOU KICKSTART YOUR CAREER AS A COACH
Our package deal, which offers an unprecedented level of support both during and after your training.
Jeg FORTRYDER ABSOLUT IKKE at have taget Core Curriculum i London i stedet for København / Malmø! Henrik Guldberg, Financial Auditor
So, what kind of support does this package deal include?
When you begin the Core Curriculum course, we will provide you with your first coach (a recent graduate of our Core Curriculum) at no extra charge. You will get six, 30 minute coaching sessions, with them, for you to use throughout the duration of the course.
Then, immediately after In The Bones, (the final three day course of the Core Curriculum), we will provide you with up to 3 non paying clients; new course participants themselves, ready to benefit from the one hundred plus hours of experience you will now have. These clients wil be eligible for the Certification program should you decide to pursue it immediately after the Core Curriculum.
Then, there's access to unlimited one to one mentoring with a senior coach - 30 minute calls covering anything you need to know about setting up your practice, from designing workshops, finding your niche, and developing your business identity.
If that wasn't already enough, our deal also offers group calls, for 90 minutes, 2 each month for 4 months, starting after your Fulfilment Course, where together with your fellow course participants and a senior coach, you will be led, step by step through what you need to do to create a flourishing professional coaching practice.
